Overall, the hotel has a great location just a couple of blocks from Michigan Avenue and near tons of restaurants, which I really appreciated. The rooms are spacious with a skyline view, although mine was a bit too cold due to the exposed brick. The service was amazing and very attentive, though I had a frustrating experience trying to access the roof bar. The dining options could definitely use improvement as the space felt cramped and the choices were limited.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasted a great location near Michigan Ave and plenty of restaurants around. The rooms were clean and smelled amazing when I walked in, complete with a nice Keurig for coffee lovers. On the downside, the service was a bit lackluster; while some staff members were friendly, I found them less helpful when I needed assistance. Overall, it offered good value for money, with comfy accommodations and convenient amenities.
